I wish I could remember just when egumball wriggled their way into my business but I do remember receiving a cold call from them claiming to be ****** first of all and that my company was in bad standing and could do for a revamp they created a website in our name that we never had access too and would inherently confuse our clients we would get back calls about orders never delivered and charged from the website they made keeping us locked their we've attempted to cancel on countless occasions its always a new amount to pay a term that restricts us multiple people have attempted to deal with them and they send us down rabbitholes of nothing they don't even know their own policies when asked they either hang up send me to a manager who hangs up or says they arent at liberty to discuss policies until i pay some outrageous debt for a service I've never been provided our website is a sham its barely operable and we've had no knowledge of it let alone creative power with in Egumball is an immense rip off looking to profit off taking small business names and navigating it as their own its probably been a year and a half of cancellations and they still call and charge I've faxed to no avail saying they've never even received it they wouldn't send me an invoice or contract until a year later with trumped up charges that they build on their own there been countless attempts at cancellation when in reality initially we were never even subscribed to these wolves they promised to advertise for us that we would reach new audiences and our sales would boost that together with our creative decisions they'd take us to top its all a sham no access to website no communication just bombardment from countless billers who aggressiveley ask for payment they've gone out of their way to attempt to get to our banks information and other cards to charge us instead of taking our calls they just wait and wait to charge us more in at least 1.2k wasted with them and more if they keep it up **** …Read More

Total scam, Egumball, **** represented themselves as if they were part of ******* I own a small business. I too have been trying to get a **** from them, I will not give them my banking information like they want. I've asked to be contacted by e-mail, that I will no longer take their phone calls. They will not e-mail me, I am guessing, because they don't want anything in writing. I admit that I fell for the scam to begin with and I hope that after reading all the negative reviews others will fall prey to this scam.I hope that somehow they will be shut down soon.
